Furthermore, eyeOs lenses come with a scratch warranty, granting you a one-time replacement, with identical power, for up to 2 years from the date of purchase, irrespective of the cause. Rest assured, any faulty components will be promptly repaired or replaced at no expense to you. It's important to note that eyeOs reserves the right to make the final determination on what qualifies as a defect. In certain cases, a nominal service charge of $12 may apply to select warranty or repair claims. For items not covered under warranty or those that have surpassed the warranty period, eyeOs offers a repair service. To initiate any warranty claims or repairs, kindly download and complete the repair form, provided, and adhere to the shipping instructions outlined on the form.
