What is Aspheric lens design, and why is it considered high definition?

We offer a 60-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us, and we’ll assist you with the process.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. You can always check your eyeOs account and click on the tracking number listed on your order.
Do you ship internationally?

What is BlueBuster® technology, and how does it help?
BlueBuster® lenses block blue light wavelengths that are associated with digital eye strain. They block 100% up to 410nm, 84% at 420nm and 40% at 430nm, significantly reducing digital eye strain and improving visual comfort during extended screen use. The blue light filter is embedded in the lens material, ensuring clear, distortion-free vision.
How do SunFlex™ photochromic lenses work?
SunFlex™ lenses adapt seamlessly to changing light conditions, transitioning from clear to dark in just 28 seconds. These lenses offer full UV protection, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Please note that SunFlex will not darken inside a car.
Are polarized sunglasses suitable for all outdoor activities?
Yes! eyeOs® Polarized Sunglasses block 99.9% of reflected glare and HEV (high-energy visible light), making them perfect for activities like driving, fishing, and hiking. Their lightweight and scratch-resistant CR-39 material ensures maximum comfort and durability. And the backside Anti-reflection coating add more clarity by preventing any reflection from the back surface of the lenses.
Can I get prescription lenses in eyeOs® frames?
Absolutely! All eyeOs® frames are available with fully loaded prescription lenses. Crafted with freeform digital design or aspheric technology, these lenses deliver exceptional vision correction and clarity.
What is the difference between single-vision and progressive prescription lenses?
Single-vision lenses correct one field of vision (near or distance), while progressive lenses, such as eyeOs® BestPal™, OfficePal®, and PcPal®, provide tailored solutions for near, intermediate, and distance vision without visible lines.
How do I clean and care for my eyeOs® glasses?
Our lenses are very easy to clean. For a thorough cleaning, use a dab of dishwashing detergent and rub on the lenses, rinse thoroughly under running water and make sure all soap is washed off. Dry with a soft towel or paper towel (yes you can use paper towel on our lenses, they’re that tough). For quick cleaning when you’re out and about, use the included microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the lenses or frames such as alcohol or Windex.
Are eyeOs® lenses scratch-resistant?
Yes! All eyeOs® lenses come with a two-year unconditional scratch warranty and are coated with premium scratch-resistant coating for added durability.
Do photochromic or polarized lenses require special care?
Treat them as you would any premium lens. Store them in their protective case when not in use, and clean them the same way as the instructions listed above.
How do I provide my prescription for custom lenses?
You can upload your prescription during checkout or email it to us at cs@eyeosoptics.com. Be sure to include your pupillary distance (PD) for precise customization. If you don’t know your PD, we’ll email you with further instructions.
Can I customize my lenses with additional features?
Yes! We offer various lens options, including BlueBuster®, SunFlex™, and polarized options. Select your preferred features during the customization process.
What is the turnaround time for prescription glasses?
Prescription orders for most single vision clear lenses are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 days. Other customized and progressive lenses will ship within 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) after we receive your prescription details.
What happens if my prescription is incorrect?
Contact us within 60 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to remake your lenses or provide an exchange or a refund.
